Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Woof ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our pet-care front desk and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, pet information (name, breed, health conditions), appointment history, and communication records. We also collect usage data such as how you interact with our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide pet care services, send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS, answer and manage phone calls, process payments, and improve our services.

Advertising and Analytics

Woof uses first-party measurement and, only after you allow marketing measurement, advertising tags from Meta and Google. These tools help us understand which campaigns lead people to view the site or select a call-to-action. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen Marketing choices in the site footer and change that choice at any time.

First-party outreach links may record the campaign, requested action (website, meeting, or call), and engagement evidence so we can understand whether our outreach is useful. Prospect names, email addresses, business names, phone numbers, and CRM identifiers are not placed in third-party campaign parameters. Your marketing choice continues to govern whether Meta and Google browser tags load.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and interacting with our services (calling our business, booking appointments, or texting us), you consent to receive SMS messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling links. Message frequency varies (typically 1-5 per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that operate Woof, including voice, messaging, payment, hosting, and analytics providers. When you allow marketing measurement, Meta and Google may receive limited browser and usage information such as the page viewed, campaign or referrer identifiers, device and browser information, and interactions with calls-to-action. Woof does not send form contents, call transcripts, pet health details, or CRM records through these browser advertising tags.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by following our data deletion instructions.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of SMS communications, withdraw consent at any time, and change or withdraw your marketing-measurement choice.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
