Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Woof to delete personal information associated with your BookWoof account or a Meta account you connected to Woof.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@bookwoof.com with the subject Meta data deletion request.
2. Include the email address used with Woof and the name of the business or Meta account involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other secrets.
3. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

What happens next

After verification, Woof will delete or de-identify the applicable account identifiers, connected-account records, access credentials, and associated application data. We will respond within 30 days and confirm when the request is complete. We may retain limited records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting obligations.

You can also remove Woof from Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Removing the integration stops future access but does not replace a deletion request for information already stored by Woof.
